Ingredients
Norfolk Dark Spice Rum – 50ml
Bundaberg Ginger Beer – 250ml
Fresh Lime – the juice of at least 1/2 lime
Lots of crushed Ice
Method
Add lots of Ice to a tall tumbler glass
Add Bundaberg Ginger Beer- almost to the top, leaving room for the rum
Add Norfolk Dark Spice Rum to your taste preference
Add the juice of at least half a lime
Garnish
A slice of lime
