The Norfolk Martini

Ingredients 
  •  35ml of Dark Spiced Rum
  • 15ml Caramel Liqueur
  • 10ml Coffee Liqueur 
  • Espresso Shot
Garnishes
  • 3 coffee Beans
Method
  • Add the rum and liqueurs with the shot of espresso in to a cocktail shaker
  •   Half fill the shaker with Ice and shake for 15 seconds
  •   Pour the liquid in to a martini glass 
  •  Add 3 coffee beans and some chocolate dusting
