Pineapple Rum Runner

 

A fantastic cocktail that has been created for us by Nicole at Folks coffee & cocktail that is located in Yalm in Norwich.

Ingredients 
  • 30ml Norfolk Dark Spiced Rum
  • 30ml Banana Liqueur
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
Method
  • Add all the ingredients to a shaker
  • Top with a big scoop of ice
  • shake well
  • double strain into low ball glass over ice
Garnishes
  •  line and slice off pineapple
  •  leaf/driend pineapple
