Strawberry Daiquiri

With the help of our friends at drinks out loud we have created a range of cocktails using our Rums and Rum liqueurs.

 

One of our favourites is the Strawberry daiquiri, here are the ingredients and steps - 

Ingredients
  • 15ml of Triple Sec
  • 30ml of Norfolk Premium White Rum
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp of Sugar Syrup (white sugar)
  • 15ml Lime Juice

Garnishes

  • 3 mint leaves
  • strawberry
Method
  • Muddle 3 strawberries in a cocktail shaker 
  • Add the triple sec, white rum, sugar syrup and lime juice
  • Half fill with Ice and shake for 15 seconds
  • Without straining pour the ingredients into your chosen glass and then garnish with a strawberry and some mint.
